Apply for a campership/financial assistance. Complete the form below and return it to the address/fax/email on the form. Please provide family income as well as the reason you are requesting the campership.

Campership applications are being reviewed and you will be notified during the first week of June about your campership award and balance due. You will also receive the info packet and medical forms via email.

We did not receive the grant for a free week of Day Camp this year.

Please note that will not be accepting CARE-FOR-KIDS applications this year.

MILITARY

We are happy that we have Military Grant for the 2023 camping season. Thanks for your patience!

Clover Camp - for ages 6-8 - 2 night introduction to camping: FREE Clover camp and one FREE week of camp is available. 6 and 7 year olds can come back for session 4 only. 8 year olds can pick any week to return.

General/Overnight Camp - for ages 8-17: One FREE week of overnight camp is available. Military families have the may have option to register for camp at a discounted rate. Complete the form and select a free week.

Day Camp - for ages 8-17 - Sorry, we are not offering a free week of day camp for our military families.

United way-GREATER Waterbury

DEADLINE - Extended to 5/29/23

The United Way of Greater Waterbury offers a FREE week of camp to qualifying families. Eligible towns are Bethlehem, Cheshire, Middlebury, Prospect, Southbury, Thomaston, Waterbury, Watertown, Wolcott, and Woodbury.
